About Herbsistah
Herbsistah is an Momma, Herbalist, Health Activist, Organic Master Gardener and ex-Berkeley protester.
She believes that the best way to assist folks in taking back the power to control their health is to be in control of their food & their enviroment and to learn the Traditional & Folk ways to naturally Heal themselves.
Being “pro-active” Mothers, Sistas, & Herbal Elders, we start by enviromentally teaching our children and enviromentally educating the community. By teaching natural self-care for ourselves and the community, we are doing long-term, health-building of our physical body and our enviroment, which are inter-dependent and cannot be separated.
