Tonite is the beginning of our
"Grapefruit & Spring Greens Kleanze"
This kleanze started when I was traveling with Queen Afua and Ali & Nova on our respective book tours and events...
I usually keep nuts, seeds and water in my van at all times to have as snacks, but this week, I decided to eat mainly fresh and boy, was it a great decision to have made!  They, Queen and her sons, make no big deal about how they eat, as Nova mentioned once to me, "We are a vegetable family...", they simply eat vegetables, no big labels as to how much percentage raw they are, to them, they simply are vegetable eaters, no big deal...

For my family, I always buy fruit by the case, and I bought the last of the Florida oranges and Texas grapefruits, because they are sweet, kleanzing and don't need special care like soft body fruits...
I would take 7 or 8 of those with me daily and eat them as I drove us around and in the evening I would have a huge green salad of spinach, lettuce, kale- whatever was ready in my pot garden..And I drank the Sarparilla-Sassafrass Root Juice Kleanze...
Lucky for me that I ate this way!  We never, within 2 weeks got in before 2am and we were always back out by 10am....and I got in at least an hour or so later because of my drive back to the country...
This kleanze kept my energy up, I was not tired or dragging and I was refreshed each day and rearing to go...

The Grapefruit & Spring Greens Kleanze
 
 
 
1.  Eat a grapefruit or 2, for breakfast.
 
2.  Take 2 to 3 grapefruits with you and eat one or 2, before you get hungry around 10am.
3.  Eat another grapefruit or 2 for lunch (if you need to, you can eat a big green salad)
 
4.  Eat a grapefruit after lunch, around 2:30 or 3pm, (always before you get hungry)it will satisfy you, if you do this...
 
5.  Eat a great, big salad for dinner and you may broil salmon to eat with it...
 
6.  If you get hungry, eat one before bed (about an hour or so before)
 
Do this for 2 to 3 days and you will see the difference in your waistline, bowels, and energy!  I usually start on Friday and go thru till Sunday.
