Stop all mucus-producing foods when you are working on : Ear infections, De-worming, teething, diarrhea or other illness’. These include:
Soy foods (soy milk, cheese, tofu)
Dairy (cow milk, cheese, ice cream)
Bananas & Sugar (candy, soda pop, cookies, gum, kool-aid type drinks.
Use natural juices that you squeeze or buy like:
