Overview
Instructions for Use: Use 2-3 Tblsps of Herbal Douche, place in stainless steel or glass pot on stove (never microwave your herbs), boil water & let boil for 1 hour...Use storebought Spring Water.
Let cool, strain herbs from water..Place in glass container, (a store bought apple juice jug is ideal) and use 1 cup for an internal rinse with 1 cup of Alkaline water.
Use as neccessary, especially after your cycle. On alternate days, you may put a open probiotic capsule inside the vaginal canal overnite to build good bacteria.
