Make a tea with the v-bag with Spring or Distilled water and let the v-bag steep for 20+ minutes. Let the tonic/tea cool overnight, strain and put in a glass bottle and store in fridge. Before you do, take out 1 cup of the tonic/tea and mix with 3-4 cups of Spring water that has 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (omit Apple Cider Vinegar, if you have a yeast/candida problem) |
